Garden Building Delivery Information
Standard delivery, via articulated lorry, is included in the price of almost all our buildings. We deliver throughout the UK but are unable to deliver direct to Northern Ireland and offshore islands. We can, however, deliver to a Port/forward freight company for your collection.
Access to your property
You will need to ensure that there is sufficient access and space for an articulated lorry to deliver your building to roadside. If you live in a narrow road, you have weight restrictions for a 40-ton vehicle, or there are any other reasons why delivery may be difficult, please let us know prior to order. If there are any access or delivery problems, we can arrange a local delivery by a smaller vehicle. This is charged depending on the size of the building and your location. Alternatively, we can take delivery of your building to our premises ready for your collection. Hazards or obstructions e.g. steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths/driveways may necessitate the delivery being made to an alternative location nearest to the delivery vehicle.
How will my building be delivered?
Standard deliveries are direct from the factory on a large articulated lorry (see below) which measures:

Height 4m - Width 2.5m - Length 18m, Weight 30,000kg fully loaded.
All our garden buildings are supplied flat packed, on pallets, protected by plastic packaging. Your building will be delivered and off-loaded roadside or on your driveway if there is sufficient access for the forklift truck. Goods will not be broken down or discharged by the driver. Take caution when removing all packaging to avoid damages and injury.
Assisted Deliveries
Our courier does not offer an assisted delivery service as standard. However, we are happy to look into an alternative premium service tailored to your specific needs upon request, a minimum charge of £80 plus your standard fee will apply.
Delivery timings
We endeavour to give a weeks’ notice of the delivery date along with an estimated delivery time:
AM (7.00am – 12.00 noon) or PM (12.00 noon to 7.00pm) delivery slot.
You must ensure that you or your representative are available on day of delivery to instruct the driver where to drop the pallets and to sign for your building.
