Trainee Hot Tub & Swim Spa Service Technician - Scotland and Northern Ireland
SPATECUK® is seeking a Trainee Hot Tub & Swim Spa Service Technician to work alongside field-based technicians to diagnose and resolve issues remotely within its Hostcomm team.
Job Type: Full Time
Location: South Lanarkshire, Scotland (office and field-based)
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 Salary subject to qualifications and experience.
You will need to:
Carry out a range of services associated with the cleaning, repair and maintenance of our customer’s hot tubs and swim spas.
Deliver a high standard of technical expertise.
You must be able to work unsupervised, as well as part of the team.
Maintain expected standards of company vehicles and equipment.
Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures.
Communicate effectively with clients and field technicians to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Full driving license is essential.
Valid UK Passport (can be applied once employment commences)
You will:
Have a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
Be flexible in your working hours (including working in Northern Ireland)
Be friendly, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
Have relevant experience (training will be provided).
Hold a full, clean driving licence (LGV would be an advantage).
